Evaluations, classes, reports, and Certificates of Completion are provided by state-licensed mental health counselors where legally permitted.

Participation in or completion of any evaluation, class, or program does not guarantee court acceptance or any legal outcome.

Some clients may choose to complete an evaluation or class before a court mandate, while others may want to get help for themselves before court.

How the Attorney Client Request Process Works

Submit the Client Request
The attorney or law office submits the request form with client information they are authorized to provide.

NeXgen Contacts the Client
NeXgen Therapies contacts the client directly to discuss service availability, consent, scheduling, cost, and next steps.

Documentation May Be Provided
When applicable, written reports or Certificates of Completion may be provided after completion. Status updates may be shared with the attorney or law office only with appropriate client authorization or as otherwise permitted by law.
