Terms and Conditions

Welcome to NeXgen Therapies. These Terms & Conditions and Booking Policies explain the rules that apply when a person uses the website, requests services, schedules an appointment, enrolls in a class, makes a payment, or otherwise interacts with NeXgen Therapies.

By using the website or booking services with NeXgen Therapies, the user agrees to these Terms & Conditions and to the NeXgen Therapies Privacy Policy.

1. Services
NeXgen Therapies provides pre-court evaluations, education, classes, counseling support, referrals, and related documentation when applicable. Service availability may vary based on clinician licensure and the locations where services are legally permitted to be provided.

2. Professional Credentials
Evaluations are completed by state-licensed mental health counselors (LMHCs), with appropriate licensure based on where services are provided.
​
Where the Prime For Life Program is specifically offered, the program is conducted by LMHCs credentialed through the Prime For Life Program.

3. Private-Pay Services
NeXgen Therapies is a private-pay provider. All services are paid directly by the client. We do not accept insurance, bill insurance, submit insurance claims, or accept third-party payment arrangements. Payment must be received 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

4. Scheduling and Payment
Appointments, evaluations, and classes require advance payment. A booking is not considered final until all required paperwork has been completed and payment has been received by NeXgen Therapies.

NeXgen Therapies may use third-party platforms to process payments and scheduling. Charges may appear on a payment statement under NeXgen Therapies or the applicable payment processor.
​
5. Rescheduling Policy
If an appointment must be rescheduled, NeXgen Therapies must receive at least 72 hours' notice. If less than 72 hours' notice is provided, payment will be forfeited.
Each appointment may be rescheduled one time only per payment made.

If an appointment is canceled with less than 72 hours' notice, no refund will be issued, even if services were not provided.
​
6. Missed Appointments / No-Shows
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or may require rescheduling, depending on availability.
​
Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. If a scheduled appointment is not canceled in accordance with NeXgen Therapies' 72-hour cancellation policy, that reserved time cannot be made available to other clients who may benefit from services, and payment will be forfeited.

7. Group Classes
NeXgen Therapies offers classes designed to support proactive participation, personal accountability, education, and structured support related to recommended or court-related requirements.
​
Participants are expected to log in or arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class start time, participate respectfully, and follow class expectations. If a participant experiences a sign-in issue or has difficulty accessing the class, the participant should call 866.663.9436 for assistance.

NeXgen Therapies may remove a participant from a class or session for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct.

8. Documentation and Certificates
When applicable, NeXgen Therapies may provide proof of enrollment, attendance verification, participation records, completion status, reports, recommendations, or a Certificate of Completion.
​
A Certificate of Completion may be provided after successful completion of the applicable class or program requirements.
​
A Certificate of Completion confirms only that the participant completed NeXgen Therapies' class requirements. It does not represent legal compliance, court approval, or guaranteed acceptance by any third party.
​
Acceptance, documentation, and use requirements vary by court, attorney, probation office, employer, agency, or other receiving party.

9. No Legal Advice / No Guarantee
NeXgen Therapies is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
​
Participation in or completion of any evaluation, class, or program does not guarantee court acceptance, legal compliance, legal benefit, or any legal, employment, or agency outcome.
10. Communications
By submitting a form or contacting NeXgen Therapies, a user consents to being contacted regarding scheduling, services, reminders, operational communications, and related matters.
Electronic communications, including email and text messaging, may not be fully secure. Users should avoid sending highly sensitive information through unsecured channels unless specifically instructed to do so.
11. Privacy and Third-Party Services
Use of the website is also subject to the NeXgen Therapies Privacy Policy. NeXgen Therapies may use third-party platforms for website hosting, forms, scheduling, communications, analytics, and payments.

Additional intake, consent, confidentiality, telehealth, payment, or service documents may apply when a person becomes a client.
