- Complete the intake. Fill out the forms in the client portal. If an attorney has given you relevant paperwork, you can provide it for the clinician to review. Complete information and any requested documents are important to the evaluation and report timeline.
- Meet with the counselor online. Join from a private place with a reliable connection. The Florida-licensed LMHC will ask about your circumstances and anger-related patterns. Give accurate answers, including context you believe the counselor should understand.
- Receive and review the summary. Following the evaluation and receipt of requested information, NeXgen targets delivery of the evaluation summary within 48 hours. The clinician may recommend next steps, including classes when clinically indicated; classes are not an automatic part of every evaluation.
How can I prepare for the video session?
